I just saw an ad on CNBC for Century 21 and a short interview with their marketing director. The title of this entry is my paraphrase of something she said. It struck a cord with me as I seriously think we are in a transitional period. Some will make wise decisions and increase or begin a wealth cycle for their heirs. Others will sit back and wait to pick up the crumbs. Which one will you be?
